Update seems pretty good, definitely a massive improvement on the first.
Let's cover the improvements:
The animations seem fine now.
Sounds are fixed.
Font has been picked, also the entire dialogue system is well overhauled.
The endings are way better, in fact, the sort of abruptness is unsettling even when I already get the gist of what's gonna happen.

This is definitely a step in the right track, keep up the good work! ❤

Phewwwww good to know that it was worth the extra effort! But i totally agree it's a huge improvement compared to it's previous state. Thanks once again, i really appreciated it a lot!

Pretty good art, game is a lil clunky and buggy and dialogue's a bit weird but it's fine.

Couldn't figure out the Key, even after decoding the satanic painting.

Thank you for playing as well as the feedback!

If you could pinpoint it what would you say made it clunky? As well as adding to the buggy-ness? And what made the dialogue weird?

Oh thought that might happen.. I'll tune it in the next patch along with the bugs etc..

I know this looks intimating, don't worry, it's all a bunch of little things.

---For example, the animations play a bit too slow for the art, there's not many tween frames and the game should play the animations faster as to not expose that.
-Inspected wall items expand on their own without interaction, which wouldn't look as bad if E was pressed and then the item would overlay most of the screen and pausing your controls (don't forget exitting the inspection, I've seen too many games fall for that)
-Bullets seem to go only as far as your screen goes, additionally, there's only two bullets per mag, which I understand is a game feature and not a logical one, but it just kinda stuck out to me, also I can spam reload and it spams the sfx.
-Some sounds are delayed or linger for too long, and aren't equalized so some are way louder than others.
-The dialogue/event system doesn't expand properly on different resolutions, meaning:
"Bob from Omega corp:" (I already know he's from Omega, I don't need a reminder) looks like:
"Bob
from
Omega corp:"
-The dialogue system also interferes with the interaction system, so maybe LMB or F for firing, space for dialogue and E for interacting?
-Also, maybe pick a font, the current one seems bland, don't pick one of the goofy halloween fonts, pick something subtle.
-The moving black bar transition would be fine if a lot of the game wasn't already a black bar, so that I could tell that there was even a black bar and it doesn't sort of pop out at the middle of the screen, it'd also look better if it hid the loading behind it without pausing.
-The prompt for the Key just...shows up, like it's a very obvious default input prompt that shows up in an otherwise uninterrupted game.

---Now...for the dialogue, it has a lot of ?s from me.
-The game seems to cut off Motherfucker with Mother, which would be okay if it was just a different swear? weird that the line is drawn here but there's profanity laid around everywhere.
-That too, there's a lot of profanity, I understand this sounds like a "wahhh" you'd hear from 6 year olds and religious parents, but profanity usually needs to have an effect, using it all the time everywhere, even for something as minor as locked doors in an apartment that's currently being shot up, just makes it wear off.
-There's a couple typos, grammatical mistakes, no biggies but just hurt the player's feeling of both immersion and polish.

There's most definitely going to be more, that's every game dev process, you'll make something, turns out fucked, fix it, and find more fucked up shit underneath, it's demoralizing but invigorating when you get used to it.

Best of luck, cheers!

Thanks man or woman (which ever you might be)..

Definitely a lot more then i thought there would be😅 but it spares me the time figuring what the bugs are so thanks once again! I'll need to draft the game for now since they are quite a lot which could potentially lead to a bad experience

If i may ask a bit more.... could you remember which sounds were a bit higher then the rest? And were you able or did you reach the other ending besides the painting one? And lastly the key "ending" does it need improvement or a total redoing in your opinion?

The clicking sounds stand out to me, but I don't remember.
Didn't notice there was another ending until I read the itch description.
The key ending should be a bit more diegetic.
Maybe some dude, some demon comes up to you, and asks you this, though it'd still be pretty weird for it to be an input, or some multiple choice option.
It's narratively fine other than it's place in the story, but should be done way differently, how is up to you.

Yeah, I agree it doesn't fit overall so I simply removed/reworked the ending to fit better narratively as well overall.

But once again once last thank you for your help so far it definitely was needed!
